1. Who uses cookies
The operator of the detoxer.eu website is Tadeáš Koždoń, Uralská 689/7, 160 00 Praha 6 – Bubeneč, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 23827475, e-mail info@detoxer.eu, phone +420 771 672 239 (the “Operator”). This policy concerns the website only. The processing of personal data in the Detoxer mobile app and on the website is described in detail in the Privacy Policy at https://detoxer.eu/en/privacy (website and cookies in Art. 4). For the data transmitted via Meta Pixel we are joint controllers with Meta (Art. 4.5 of the Privacy Policy).
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser.
3. Which cookies we use
We use three groups:
- Necessary – ensure the functioning of the website and remember your choice in the cookie bar. They do not require consent.
- Analytics – Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, acting as a processor). It measures traffic: pages visited, source of the visit, approximate location (country, city), device and browser type and a pseudonymous browser identifier. According to its statement, Google does not store IP addresses in GA4. We retain data in GA4 for at most 14 months. Only with your consent.
- Marketing – Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). It helps us measure the effectiveness of ads on Facebook and Instagram, show ads to people who have visited the website and find similar audiences. It transmits to Meta in particular data about pages visited and actions taken (e.g. clicking a link to a Store), a browser identifier (cookie _fbp, _fbc), IP address and browser data. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may link this data to your profile. We do not use the automatic advanced matching feature. Only with your consent.
Without consent, the analytics and marketing tools are not loaded at all.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Group | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| detoxer_consent | detoxer.eu | storing your consent choice | necessary | 6 months |
| _ga | distinguishing visitors | analytics | 2 years | |
| _ga_<ID> | keeping the GA4 session state | analytics | 2 years | |
| _fbp | Meta | identifying the browser for advertising and measurement | marketing | 90 days |
| _fbc | Meta | storing a click from an ad on Facebook or Instagram | marketing | 90 days |
4. Legal basis
We use necessary cookies without consent under Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications. Analytics and marketing cookies only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.).
5. How to give, refuse or withdraw consent
On your first visit, the cookie bar asks for your consent. The options “Accept all” and “Reject all” are equally available on the first screen. In “Settings” you can consent to only some of the groups. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. We remember your choice for 6 months, after which we will ask you again. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Google and Meta may also process data in the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which these companies are certified, and further on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Meta’s policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data through cookies, you have rights under the GDPR, in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise your rights regarding Meta Pixel data with us as well as with Meta. Send requests to info@detoxer.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk.
